I received the product within a few days and it was easy to install and I love it. Sometimes I wish it had a few more features but it works well.

This is a waste of money, dont even bother with it, video is horrible, anyone saying its great dont know quality, hdtv reception, garbage. viewing this product threw window media center in window 7 is horrid, epic fail, not compatible with window vista media center, and the product is out dated, support from the site is out dated, drivers are out dated, piece of crap to waste money on. better to get a well known brand that actually has a updated site, with updated support, and the price is not worth it value. shop ATI or something that has a well known reputation, and is current. still piece of crap, and piss off from buying this.

I have installed this card and the software. The analog TV tuner works fine but I am unable to receive any digital channels.

When I hook the cable to my TV instead of this card, I can see digital channels on the TV. Therefore I know that the problem is in the card or drivers, not the digital cable TV signal.

I have made several attempts to try to re-install the software and have even downloaded new drivers from the manufacturer Geniatech. Nothing has worked. I am trying to exchange or return the card.

This was a great purchase. I’ve wanted to make my own DVR for quite awhile and when I saw this card I decided it was time. Installation was simple, I installed the driver software, plugged the card in to an empty PCI slot, hooked up a set top antenna, plugged in the IR sensor for the remote, and scanned for channels. With that it was ready to go. The included ArcSoft TotalMedia software works perfectly, though it is a little short on features. In particular, there seems to be no option to have the shows saved in the codec of your choice or converted to other formats/resolutions on the fly. You can convert your existing files to handheld device sizes, but it’d probably be easier just to use other software for that. Not being able to save in a lower quality format hampers playing back HD TV if your PC, or in my case the original Xbox with XBMC, isn’t powerful enough to handle it. Still, it records shows on schedule, can pull the programming guide from the DTV signal, and generally does what it’s supposed to do. The card is also detected and works great with the free GB-PVR software, which might be a better choice if you want a ton of extra options.

The picture is good, the sound is good, overall I’m satisfied with the quality and the size of the created files (about a 1.5/MB per minute of non-HD video), so I give this card high marks. Particularly for being about 30-50 dollars cheaper than most TV cards with the same abilities.

This product works well although it took a bit of a workaround to get Vista Media Center to recognized the analog card (this being a hybrid) it recognized the digital card right away.

The included software looks sort of lame. I prefer using media center. But you can record live tv, pause, rewind, fast forward & also schedule record all with the included software, there is a built in radio tuner, you can slide show your photos, watch dvd’s.

It’s works great for the price.
